On this 20‑minute onboarding call, we’ll get your Authority Engine account ready to start collecting reviews without you or your team having to “remember to ask.”

Here’s what we’ll cover together:

  • Connect your CRM or customer list to Authority Engine

  • Choose which review platforms you want to focus on (Google, Yelp, Facebook, plus any industry sites)

  • Set the timing and style of your text and email review requests

  • Answer any questions so you feel confident about what’s going to happen next

You don’t need to prepare anything fancy.

If you have it handy, it helps to know:

  • Which CRM or booking system you use now

  • Which review sites matter most to you

    We’ll handle the tech and do the heavy lifting live on the call.

What Happens Next
